Our last day in Gythio… You can’t visit the area without taking a swim at the Dimitrios Shipwreck. Locals we have spoken to have told us that back in the 80s they used to explore a fully intact ship, walking through hallways, on the deck and in cabins. It is totally falling apart now and has become significantly worse since our first visit here in 2016.
